In a friendly, supportive, non-competitive atmosphere, she uses a variety of unusual equipment to up your cardiovascular capacity, build muscle strength, improve balance, enhance coordination and increase your core stability.
As part of the class, Jill will teach you a simple, effective method for working out at home in between her workouts to more quickly increase your fitness level.
