Everyone wants to remain fully in charge of their life as they age. No one wants to turn over control of their life to others. As you age, staying strong and fit requires effort, commitment and simple hard work, so why not make it fun?

Whether you exercise regularly or have never been to a fitness class, Jill will make your workout a challenging and entertaining musical experience. In a friendly, supportive, non-competitive atmosphere, she uses a variety of unusual equipment to up your cardiovascular capacity, build muscle strength, improve balance, enhance coordination and increase your core stability.

As part of the class, Jill will teach you a simple, effective method for working out at home in between her workouts to more quickly increase your fitness level.
