As you and Jill work out ‘together’ online or in her studio, she will be guiding you on how to turn your home into a workout space and your everyday life into a fun fitness adventure.
No matter your current fitness level or experience, what you choose to do today will affect your aging trajectory. It is never too late to embrace a healthier lifestyle and begin building the strength, balance, endurance, and resilience that will allow you to age well. Research shows that within 15 minutes of your first workout, your brain’s chemistry is already changing, and your body is beginning to adapt to the positive physical challenge exercise provides.
A physical or cognitive challenge does not mean you cannot get the benefits of exercise. Jill will devise a program specifically for your body, your brain, your lifestyle, and your vision of the future.

When I teach in a group setting, my focus is inevitably spread across a room full of people, all with different requirements and abilities.
Working one-on-one or with couples, we work together to develop a plan that focuses on your individual requirements to meet your wellness vision. Personal training addresses your learning style, current level of fitness, physical abilities and limitations, lifestyle, mindset, and your vision of what it means to feel fit, well and vibrantly alive.
